Default Three's Company and Married With Children on at the same time, what do you watch??

This is tough one because I love both shows so much and one comes on TBS at 3:30am and the other comes on TV land at 3:30am

I have to give the slight edge to MWC because I like Kelly, Bud, and Peggy over

Mr. Furley
Stanley Roper
Helen Roper

What show would you watch?

I would pick Three's Company. I do like Married With Children, just not nearly as much. Plus, Suzanne Sommers was something to look at in those older seasons.

Every show that we watch it's for certain characters. Three's Company was for Jack, Larry, and the Girls, and MWC was for AL and Steve in early years

The MWC characters that I could have done without was

Jefferson
Al's Boss...Gary

I haven't seen Sullivan and Son. I don't usually like new shows.

I remember the Jefferson guy was in Happy Days like 30 years ago...maybe longer.

I see he is trying his best to still look young but he better come to realize that everyone gets older and it's nothing you can do about it

After John Ritter's death, I haven't been able to watch Three's Company. I worked on the set of Tuned In, with John Ritter. He was such a gracious man.

I recently watched an episode of MWC, and I used to be a fan, now I wonder what was wrong with me.

Default That's a worse choice than Obama or Romney!

Choosing between Three's Company and Married With Children is like choosing whether to drink arsenic or cyanide. I did not care for Three's Company but couldn't stand Married with Children.

Of the two, I would watch Three's Company because the actors and characters were funnier and better. Company had The Ropers (Norman Fell's mugging for the camera was awesome) and later the great Don Knotts. But to me the show stuck to the same old formula, a misunderstanding, people misinterpreting what others have said, tired sex jokes, etc. Very late 1970's. I know this show is over thirty years old, but I really doubted, especially in Southern freaking California in the freaking 1970's that any landlord would care one whit if a dude is living with two women. Please.

I haven't seen Three's Company for a long time, but there were some redeeming, and yes, admittedly funny episodes. However, to me, Married With Children was horrible. Cruel, tasteless, cheap, back biting, insulting, pure garbage. The woman of the house was a horrible mother who was lazy and refused to work, a man with a horrible, low paying job (in a mall, where no middle aged man unless they are management should work in), the oldest daughter was a slut and the younger son was a loser. With the harridon neighbor across the street and her two cuckholded husbands. God, this show sucked. I had to watch this show in college with my friends who thought it was the greatest show on.

I am happy that Ed O'Neill got on a quality show like Modern Family so he can be remembered for that instead of the vomit (to me) inducing Married With Children. O'Neill made a lot of money on Married, but he was typecast and I wanted to see him in other things, and the only thing I remember him being in between Married and Modern is a bit player on the Wayne's World films and a failed series called Dragnet (which also sucked, and I was a fan of the old Jack Webb series.)

So, between bad and sickening, I choose Three's Company.

I like em both too so I guess it depends on the particular episode airing.

While I don't particularly dislike either show, I wouldn't go out of my way to see them. But when they do come my way, I tend towards Married With Children.

Hated Married With Children with a passion. To each his own, but I can't get into these shows where every single character is unlikeable.

Three's Company was formulaic, but at least it didn't make you want to jump out a window. And the acting was very good.

Yeah I suppose so, mind you it hasn't been on in my area for awhile, and I'm not rushing out to rent a DVD, but his death did hit me hard at the time.
