Default Since these two add on characters were not popular among fans, which one do you hate

the most between KEITH and CARL?

I actually like both of them but so many fans hated these two characters. The character I hated the most was PENNY

BTW: Keith was my favorite character added to the show

I didn't like the way Keith blamed JJ for injuring his leg at his wedding to Thelma. If it wasn't for JJ, there wouldn't even have been a wedding. JJ paid for the whole thing. I don't remember Keith ever thanking him either.

J.J was in the way though and was the reason for the injury. Yeah he paid for the wedding but it was overshadowed by his clumsiness

True, JJ was clumsy, but I thought Keith could have thanked him for paying for the wedding.

Carl and Florida's first date was fun to watch! LOL! Florida was Ms. Goody-two-shoes at the restaurant and Carl was super rude. I still remember that ridiculous head gear Florida was wearing on that date. It looked silly on her. In time, I got to sort of like Carl. I never liked Keith. Something about him always grated on my nerves.

So out of the two choices, I liked Carl better.

I kind of agree with you about the Penny character. She could be annoying...just a few things that come to mind is how she used to pester and chase JJ around, how she stole a Christmas present for Wilona, or how about how she accidentally set fire to The Evans' sofa? That's just off the top of my head though.

Plus she was TOO OLD to be following J.J around. She was 11 and it looked strange, Now if she was 4 or 5 then it would have been more acceptable

She was also way too old to be playing with those baby dolls she carried around. She had a baby doll that she got mad at when JJ had a date with that girl. Anyway, I thought it was strange that she was playing with that dumb doll. That's something that a 3-7 year old plays with.

That's why I always considered her the "CINDY BRADY" of Good Times

Yeah, she was better as the Charlene character. I think that's when she got the nose job, too. Her nose looked way TOO perfect to me. I think she probably should have left it alone.

She was mature by the last season of Good Times but in those 1st eps during season 5 she was a 11 year old playing the role of a 6 year old

Carl, he just didn't fit. There wasn't a need for his character.

I liked Penny. Carl story line should have been written completely different. He should have stayed Micheal's boss and not Flo's love interest.
