Default Jerry Jones: "We are going to kick the Giants A$$" LOL

Why is this fool talking sh*t and the Cowboys lost to the Giants twice last season? Now all he did was make himself look foolish when the Giants win

I guess he is comfortable with looking ********

He should be used to it by now. The Giants can talk because they back it up. The Cowboys never back anything up. Rob Ryan looked like a fool last year talking smack about the Eagles. Why don't you actually beat a team over .500 before you talk smack.

Well that is Jerry's indirect way of saying to his team

"I WANT TO SEE A WIN OVER THE GIANTS"

He's an idiot. I'm getting sick of him. All he's been doing all day is talking. Going on the Dan Patrick Show trying to explain himself.....Oh we were this close to beating the Giants. Boo Hoo. They were close to beating a lot of teams last year. They choked. I have never seen a team give away so many wins as they did. It means the players are at fault. Maybe we got stupid players. I know if they don't correct them, then the losses will continue and it's supposed to be Garrett's job to fix it. And Jerry...shut up about Dez. If Garrett wants to say something about it then fine but saying if he does't shape up then he's out isn't helping anything. More media firestorm is all. What I would give to have a normal owner.

I don't see any other owner and GM out there talking like this.

Okay rant over.

Glad Dean doesn't do that but then there are some Charger players would do it for him.

I wish players, coaches, owners just don't say anything like that because it riles up the other team.

I bet the Giants are ready to kick some Cowboy ass.

I don't think there is anything wrong with Jerry saying that. He should think his team is going to win. I think they will too, Before the Giants won the super bowl with Eli in a miracle. Everybody in the world thought the Cowboys we're a better team. Me included, I also thought and, still think Romo's a more talented qb. I just think Eli's luckier and, he has that deer in the headlights never give up even if you’re getting pounded kind of thing going on, just looking at him. I would under estimate him too. That being said when winning and, everything is going right Romo is your guy.

If the Cowboys lose on sept 5th will you then say Eli is a better QB? I;m willing to admit it and I;m a Cowboys Fan. Romo has yet to prove me wrong

I used to have Romo & Eli ranked pretty close. I even used to have Romo ranked ahead. I can't do that anymore. Eli has won 2 SB's. He is clutch in the playoffs. Romo has one playoff win. While it isn't all Romo's fault, he hasn't taken the team on his shoulders. Even in the playoff games, Romo's played alright to win but he needs to do more than alright.

As for Jerry, it's one thing for the players to talk but not the owner. And these players have never responded well when other teams call them out. They've had no heart for years. The 90's Cowboys used to talk but they backed it up. When you don't back it up time and time again, you look like an idiot.

I’ve watched them both play and, when Romo is on I think he is clearly the more talented player. Eli has just been lucky to have a great coach and great defense. He's a good qb too. But I just I don't think he's as good as other people say. I’ve seen him play pretty terribly at times. He just doesn't give up and somehow finds a way. But the defense is a big part of that. Romo has never had the same team around him and, the same coach long enough to build up that kind of chemistry. The kind it takes to win in the playoffs. I think they will turn it around this time. I predict a big win in the opening game against the giants. Let's go Cowboys!

As far as Jerry Good for him if I was a player, I’d want the owner of my team to say the same thing. Just because they haven’t backed it up in the past. It doesn’t mean they won’t this time=)
