Favorite Steven Spielberg Movies - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Being that I just published an article on Poltergeist I have Steven Spielberg on my mind. So I thought I would a list of what are his 10 greatest movies (in my opinion) and others can too.

It has to be a movie Spielberg directed though and not one of the many he produced like Back to the Future. The only exception to this rule is Poltergeist since even though Spielberg was credited as producer and not director he cowrote the script, cast all the characters, created all the storyboards (usually done by the director) and edited the final film with little or no imput from Tobe Hooper (the credited director).

2. Jaws (1975)
3. Poltergeist (1982)
4. Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981)
5. E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial (1982)
6. Indiana Jones and the Last Cruisade (1989)
7. Schndler's List (1993)
8. Munich (2006)
9. Saving Private Ryan (1998)
10.Duel (made for television/1971)
