Default What Ever Happpened To Your Classmates

I graduated high school in 2005..
Some of them are married and have kids now. Some of them have been divorced allready. One girl recently became a pharmacist. Some have been busted for drugs. There is several of them I could see in a store or something and they would walk right past me with not a word spoken. My cousin was in the same class with me and she was telling me when she started her freshman year of college, alot of our class went to the same college and some would walk right past her not even saying a hello or how are you. I try to keep in touch with most of them on Facebook, but some dont even talk on there.

Many Different Things:

Married w/ Kids
Went into the Military / Police Force
Some are Deceased (from illness, drug overdose, accident...)
Some became Disabled (Injuries, Illness...)
One became a Priest (Roman Catholic)
Others Opened Up about their Sexual Orientation (Gay, Lesbian)

I'm still close with my high school classmates. College not so much.
btw, graduated high school in 2003.

I graduated from high school in 1986 and the most moving thing that happened to one of my classmates was that he had cancer when we were in high school and lost his leg. Yet he still managed to become valedictorian. When I saw him at our ten year reunion I'd never spoken to him before and at the instance of my fiance (now-husband!), I went to talk to him. Turns out he'd gone to school in ten fold and had several degrees including a few from MIT. Sadly, his cancer returned and he passed away in January of 2011. So sad and it makes me wish I had known him better in high school.
Sorry to be so depressing but this is the most significant classmate I could think of. I do keep in touch with many others on FB.

Some have passed, some moved away. I very rarely see anybody I went to school with.

Same thing that happens to everybody

Working, married with children, living elsewhere.

Got a few friends from high school I still hang with, other than that, ,most of the people I went to school with I have no desire to ever see again.

I hardly ever see any of my former classmates since I moved. I know one lady works at the pediatrician's office because I used to see her when my son was little & another lady works in the bakery at Walmart. Those are the only 2 that I've run across. Also a guy I dated in high school became a cop, which I still find hard to believe.

Married with children, moved away, in jail, passed away car accidents among other things, armed forces. I am still in contact with a couple of close friends from high school, but that is about it. A lot of it is just I grew up and most of my friends never did. We say hi if we see each other though. I just don't party anymore and they still do. I was supposed to have graduated in 2000. I am actually working on getting my diploma right now. I have 10.5 credits so far 11 to go. Then off to college.

I have no idea what happened to most of them I did learn that an old friend of mine died from cancer a few years ago. I found that out on the internet. Other then that, I don't know about anybody else. The last I saw any of them was in the fall of 1984...a few months after I graduated.

Pretty much what everybody else is posting. I still keep in touch with quite a few of them on FB, and good amount of them still live in the area. A few of them had passed away the past few years, alot of them had married, divorced, then married again. Some of the females got lucky and married men that can take care of them, so they never have to work. Am I a little bitter?? You bet, I am!!!!

A lot of them, from what I've read on FB, have had much better lives than I have.

It just seems that way, I think alot of people don't want to admit they have problems. There are a couple females on FB, I don't know whether they just try to be optimistic all the time, but they make it seem like everything is just so great in their life. I mean, come on, not EVERYTHING is rainbows and sunshine!!!
