I was watching the episodes when janitor Bookman the majority of the time illegally entered the Evans apartment and illegally threatening the Evans to get evicted when he did NOT get his way....Well I am sure if the Evans reported janitor Bookman to the office manager of the projects, that he illegally enters their apartment without knocking and going into their refridegerator eating their food without approval, I am sure Bookman may have been written up or may not have a job by law..

Well they got him fired in season 5 but felt bad about it and then helped him get his job back.

As for entering the apartment, sometimes he knocked and sometimes he just came through the door-LOL

Willona never knocked.

That door was never locked except in that episode where there were a bunch of locks on the door.

Willona was NOT the employed chicago housing projects "janitor", who by law has to legally enter the premises...there is a difference,
