Wasn't Newman one of the witnesses in the courtroom in the finale??

I don't remember Newman being on the witness stand, but he was present in the courtroom during the trial. And when they were out on recess, I remember him napping in the car after he was through snacking on some potato chips.

I would have preferred to see Newman instead of that dumb SOUP MAN

He doesnt ever take the stand but he does have one last rant against Jerry in Jerry's apt before they leave.
