Seeing the Elaine, jerry, george, and kramer sitting in a Jail cell and being sentenced to a year in jail was just a odd ending to the Seinfeld exiistence

Jerry is in jail telling jokes to other prisoners. So sad.

Actually I thought it was hilarious-especially that scene where he's doing stand up in the prison. Although I agree that it was a weird way to end it. I guess they wanted to surprise everyone. Seemed to work!

Why didn't they show Elaine in a woman's prison? Or did TBS edit that out?

The only scene they showed after the one of the four of them in the cell was of Jerry, George and Kramer when Jerry was doing stand up. I never thought about the fact that they never showed Elaine, though. Probably they only had time for one more scene so they used Jerry doing stand up. I thought that was hilarious though!

Damm so the Finale just got even SADDER since we never see Elaine again

Now I have to buy the DVD because I refuse to believe that ELaine was never shown again
