"A NAKED GUY" who was in his own place doing his own thing?

Why were they so obsessed with staring at a NUDE MAN?

Um... well they are women! I could see the guys having the same reaction if it were a woman in her own place.

Ah, okay. I don't watch Friends much so I didn't know that. Well that is strange then...

For the same reason people stare at traffic accidents. Some things are so fascinating you can't help staring even if they're gross or disgusting etc. Ugly naked guy falls into that category.

Because of the little tidbits added in. Like when the naked fat man sat on his cat and killed him, these things are mentioned in passing. Same with the moon shoes. They also added him in for various reasons like Ross eventually taking over his apartment, which looked right into Monicas when Monica and Chandler were hiding their relationship.

Obviously I watched this show a lot! LOL

If I remember right. He started out as an attractive naked guy and, became a fat naked guy as the show went along. Why the guys stared I have no idea on that lol

That was one of the funniest episodes ever, when Ross saw Monica and, Chandler kissing from the apartment window. Hahaha I can't stop laughing now just thinking of Ross's reaction.

Notice they didn't have any blinds or shades
