TBS aired a promo saying that the show will be ending in four weeks and "the Paynes will be going out in style". I will be on the lookout. I will miss the show!!!

But it's also nice to know that you can get up to 10 seasons of the show on DVD!! I'm ordering Seasons 9 & 10 on Wednesday. Last night Ella's mom died. I didn't see it though. I hope that no one else does in the last three. But it IS one of the longest-running sitcoms around!! We watched Malik & Jazmine grow up on the show, Calvin got married - even though himself and Miranda fought from time to time, Janine got off drugs and turned her life around, then she and CJ remarried, Malik got married and divorced, and through all the drama, trials and tribulations going on in the Payne family, Curtis and Ella stayed together!!! It's nice to know that I can watch some of the eps on DVD and reflect back on the family's fun & humble beginnings!!!

According to Wikipedia.org, two more seasons of House of Payne (11 & 12) are to be released, but no date has been set.
I would imagine that Season 12 is the present one, about to be completed soon. I will also get those two when they come out. None are on Blue-Ray as of yet. But I love the show, and I was so glad to have watched as many eps as I could during the show's production, and any eps that I missed, I can catch them on DVD!! I also hope that all of the ones who appeared in the show move on to do other shows, both new and old!!

Was last night's episodes the last of the show? Or is it coming on again next week? When is the last episode gonna be? I'm kinda mad that i get off work at my 2nd job at 7:30pm because it takes me awhile to get home because my job is far from where i live. I didn't see the first episode last night but i did catch a little bit of the 2nd episode. I wish For Better Or Worse didn't come back on so House Of Payne could come on at 9pm.

I think that this coming Friday is the last new ep and the finale ep. Production will then end, if it hasn't already.

Here's an exerpt from Wikipedia.org;
The series has concluded its run and is now out of production; "TBS has picked up a new Perry comedy, For Better or Worse, based on Perry’s Why Did I Get Married films.[5] On September 28, 2011, TBS ordered 42 episodes.[6] Newer episodes have been aired on TBS since October 21, 2011, and concluded the series with a total of 254 episodes. The show aired its final two episodes on August 10, 2012." Bye-bye, House of Payne. You will most truely be missed by all!! But I'll continue the fun in your honor by buying the rest or the volumes to come and enjoying the show as though it is still in production. ![]() Don't forget though, that there are still 3 more volumes (10, 11 & 12?) to be released. I plan to get them to add them to all the other volumes that I already have and make the complete 12-volume set!!!

I started to watch one of the two finale eps of HOP, but before it even came on, there was an ad!!!
Then two minutes later, a flood of blasted commercials!!! That just ruined it for me!!!! I'll just wait until those eps come out on DVD. I'm not gonna go through all those ridiculous commercial interuptions, when I can watch it commercial-free on DVD!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!
