Cool. I hope he can help the show's ratings; they haven't been the greatest this year.

Yeah, I read over at TV By the Numbers.com that Futurama's ratings are down quite a bit this season. I do still enjoy it, but it's not the show it used to be. The humor often doesn't seem as sharp somehow. I wonder if they have a lot of new writers?

Hmmm, I am not sure about that. I always thought or assumed the show had the same writers.

I know some of them are from the old show, maybe most of them. Heck, maybe they are just running short on ideas. I mean, don't get me wrong, I still watch the show and it's still funnier than most of the other junk that passes for comedy these days. But it has lost something and I hope they can get it back.

Maybe it's because it's on Comedy Central and isn't pulling-in the viewers like it should.
