That looks exactly like the tiny chair Frasier's new "decent and moral" agent Ben made for the crane in "Zoo story." When Ben (the philanthropist, boy scout, volunteer for meals on wheels, and general good guy) pulled out the chair and said he made it in his attic workshop Martin said "all that and elf too."

Oh man, that looks so inviting! I could fall asleep in that chair! But I can also picture it in Frasier or Niles' office!

Sorry it isn't bigger, it's the only pic I could find. It's the exact same chair except with yellow feet.
