Posts: 63,107	Todd Williams Joins 'The Vampire Diaries' Chicago Code alum Todd Williams is joining The Vampire Diaries in a major recurring role, TVLine has confirmed. Per executive producer Julie Plec, Williams will play Connor, “a mysterious and powerful new vampire hunter who comes to Mystic Falls.” Williams, who also recurred on In Plain Sight, first appears in Diaries‘ second episode.
