Rhoda ran into him at the restaurant and Joe walks in with a 21 year old babe which makes Rhoda run outside and cry like a baby. Poor Rhoda, she definitely need to see no sh*t like that.

BTW: I only have INDOOR DATES with a 21 year old not OUTDOOR. LOL No way i'm going out in public with a 21 year old

The 21 year old character was first seen earlier in the season when Rhoda went to visit Joe and she popped in to borrow something and Joe was like

"She is married and lives next door"
