Default Why wasn't Rose and Pearl's apartment never shown?

Those two nosy hags were in eveyrone else's business, but you never saw their apartments. Rose was the damn landlord, but everything was in Mary's apartment! (I know she was the star character) You would think the landlord would want all meetings in her place. And Pearl, I'm sure nothing was going on at her apartment, which is why her ass was hanging out the window all day long, it would have been interested to see how she lived. We even seen Sandra's apartment! Watching this show on Centric, I sense ego in the Mary character and Marla Gibbs the actor. No wonder Jackee left.

Rose apartment was shown in the episode House Numbers. Pearls was the only one never shown.

Did you just buy the DVD? You been talking about this show a lot lately-lol

And why did Pearl and Rose apt need to be shown? If they did show it one time would be enough. Kind of like how we only seen Bentley's and the WIllises apt once or twice on the Jeffersons during the entire series

The basis of the show was Mary's place so their apt wasn't important

No, I've been DVRing the show on the Centric Network. It comes on from 12pm-2pm.

First of all, The Willis and Bently apt was shown way more than once or twice, and Solomon, I've been watching sitcoms long enough to know that supporting characters apartments are not important, but they visit enough to have things in their apartments. And didn't you see my comment in parenthesis when I said "I know she was the star character"

Season 4. It's the episode where Mary, Pearl, Rose and Sandra get locked in the Laundry Room and they all reminisce about how they came to live at 227.

I cannot recall what her apartment looks like but I vaguely remember that episode.

Maybe that's why I can't remember. Anyway, I'm sure the producers used the jenkins apartment and made it over a little and used it for Rose's apt.

For the record. Bentley's apt was only show 2 times in 10 years
