Has there been many cases where UM did not officially tie up a case they profiled?
Did they ever show a update with Stack after the case was updated with just text? Just wondering. |

Some of the Robert Stack-era episodes had that but were later updated in the Dennis Farina remakes. One that comes to mind is Philip Taylor Kramer, the guitarist of Iron Butterfly whose van was found at the bottom of Decker Canyon with his remains inside 4 years after he vanished. At the end of that episode, it said something about that it would take months to learn the cause of death and whether a crime was committed. It would go on to say "we'll bring you more information in a future broadcast". I never saw an update for it when Stack was alive.

I'm sad because they never brought us the results of the DNA test in the skunk ape case!

http://www.floridaskunkape.com/2010/...in-on-bigfoot/ Some of the hair was taken back to the UK for DNA testing. Bryan Sykes, Professor of Human Genetics at the Oxford Institute of Molecular Medicine and one of the world's leading experts on DNA analysis examined the hair. "We found some DNA in it," he said, "but we don't know what it is. It's not a human, not a bear not anything else we have so far been able to identify. It's a mystery and I never thought this would end in a mystery. We have never encountered DNA that we couldn't recognize before." |
