I just started watching season 3. Its so cool to see the "Screen Gems" dancing sticks (or whatever this was called) at the end of the closing credits.

The "dancing sticks" were used in the 1963-64 and 1964-65 seasons, and IMHO, they're more fun to watch than the so-called "credits from hell" (the "SG" logo seeming to roll out of the projector with that weird electronic music).
It was adapted to at least two other versions: On "Route 66," they spliced in "Herbert B. Leonard, Executive Producer" after the "A Screen Gems Production"-- and on at least a couple of Hanna-Barbera cartoon shows ("Magilla Gorilla" and "Peter Potamus"), they ran the sticks and the music alone, with no announcer voice-over. |

I wonder who did the voice-over.

I'm not sure who he was, but he had been doing the voice-over credit for Screen Gems TV shows since at least 1959 ("This has been a Screen Gems film presentation, from the Hollywood studios of Columbia Pictures"). As I mentioned earlier, on the Herbert B. Leonard shows ("Naked City" and "Route 66"), the "Herbert B. Leonard, Executive Producer" followed immediately.
