Question for someone from New York City in regards to CBS News
I;m enjoying the season 5 DVD right now and Edith makes a statement about Archie always watching Cronkite at 7pm
In Philly the CBS Evening News comes on at 6:30pm and was wondering isn't that the case for New York City? Local News at 6pm and World News at 6:30pm Unless it was different in 1974

Brian i just found out the CBS affiliates had the option of carrying the CBS Evening News at a later time in 1974 and WCBS made the decision to air the news at 7pm.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that on WCBS-TV the CBS Evening News moved from 7:00 to 6:30 in September 1988.
