I totally disagree! To me, him crying shows how much he cares, and how much winning means to him. In an era where most athletes merely play for a paycheck, I found it refreshing to see a player who genuinely seems to care more about winning, then he does about receiving a fat paycheck. When an athlete shows little or no emotion to losing, that's what bothers me. Durant's emotions simply shows me just how much he wants to win, and I respect that.

Well, I'm not going to judge anyone. I was pulling for OKC and they came up short. Durant and Westbrook didn't have much help......there was some bad officiating, but still OKC put themselves in that position by giving up leads, especially a 17 point lead in game 4. Game 5 I think they just gave up in the second half when they said f*uck it, it's too many 3 point shooters.


As young as OKC is, they could use a veteran off the bench to shoot threes for them to spark them

Game 4 and Game 5 and it looks bad. If you noticed after Game 4 when he was hugging his mom, his teammates were pulling him away trying to get him away from her.


As a man after a loss in the finals we should only see ANGER on your face not Tears

I do agree with you to an extent. It probably wasn't smart to cry and hug his mom after game four. By doing that, it made fans, his team, and even worse, the Heat view him as if he had conceeded. I think that's why his teamates pulled him away. They were thinking, wait, don't throw in the towel yet, there's still a game to go.

As far as him hugging his mom when the series ended, I have no issue with that. If you notice, none of his teamates pulled him away then. As far as him looking weak, I don't think he really cares what anyone thinks of that. It was a long season, and they made it all the way to the end, but were heartbroken. If ever there was a time to be emotional, that was it. It is refreshing that he cried, and I think he could care less what anyone thinks. That's called individualism, and thinking for yourself, and that's a good thing.
