Default Okay, what about seasons 2 thru 9?

Enough already with season 1. Anyone that's an Alice fan like myself already has season 1 from itunes or Amazon. Let's move on please....season 2, 3, 4 ,5 ,6 ,7, 9! At this rate I'm going to be a hundred years old before I can get the enitire series.

Yeah I can see how this news is no biggie to someone like you since you purchased the download. It was never announced on this board that season 1 was never available on Itunes.

So we probably have to wait to see how season 1 on DVD sells first before future releases

I for one am just greatful we got s1 on a physical format. I don't do digital downloads at all, period. I'm not gonna hold my breath for all 9 seasons but it would be wonderful! I send WB an email at least once a week about Alice along with other WB shows and I will continue to do so.

There big problems with Digital downloads. Files get corrupted just transferring it to one drive to another. The other thing who sit there watching something on a computer? The files get clicks or some time even do not load anymore, when you wish to see it again. I always buy the physical copies of the media although manufactued on demand is always a big chance taking. Physical copies using DVD R are always problematic when playing on any player. They also pretty much hopeless if there is fingerprints or slight marks.

I wish companies would just put all series complete on set for who want it and have a system that they can make 1000 copies if that is the limit they need to make it. There be a signed contract between you and the company that you will buy it if they make it on proper DVD, no DVD R. The most important thing make it region free so they get the 1000 buys.

I read to make A manufactured CD you need to be able to sell 1000 copies so I guess DVD series sets would be the same. It might be a high price buying a 8 season set for $240 but you have it all.

But they have all this technology now that allows you to connect your laptop to your flat screen and you can watch it on the TV

I just read this on Warner Archive's Facebook page. Great news!

We can officially confirm that due to unprecedented consumer response to ALICE Season 1, clearances have been expedited and work has begun to bring you ALICE Season 2 later this year. We also will be serving up WITHOUT A TRACE Season 4 in short order.

Yeah it makes sense since there is evidence of how many fans of the show there is based on the sales

That's great to hear--season 2 has the more familiar diner setting and Flo really begins to breakout as the character to watch.
