Case Identification Help?! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I have a "help me identify this case" thread of my own, if that's OK

Young-ish guy is in Mexico(?) with his brother and a girl. He gets drunk and goes to the girls house and he is a bit shouty. She calls the local fuzz on him and he gets taken away to a local jail. He is then found dead without his t-shirt on and it is claimed that he commited suicide (of course).

Anyone help? - the details above may be little inaccurate in places, dependant on my memory!!

That would be the Mario Amado case that originally aired on March 17, 1993.

That case has always baffled me. I'd have to watch it again to get all the details though.
