HELP! with a Movie Title. - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I saw this movie a very long time ago and can't remember the title. I would appreciate some help. It was about a guy, I think he had a disability, rode a Bicycle across the US with a dog in tow. It wasn't a popular movie. I think it was his dream to do this and it may have been based on a true story. I think he started from California with his destination Boston Mass. That's all I have. Thank you for any help.

YES! Thank you Vahan this was the movie. I don't really think it's a well acted movie, in-fact, it's kinda badly acted but I love the cross country riding aspect of it and this is why I wanted it. They have it on Amazon and I just ordered it. Thanks again buddy, you made my day. :-)
