Carl had a good point and deserved the "Woo,"

When the restaurant makes Florida and carl wait a long time for nasty, undercooked steaks, Florida tries to be polite, but Carl isn't having any of that. he is furious and says, "When I pay good money for food, I expect to get good food. This is just ridiculous"(added to the fact that the other table got their food before Florida and Carl did, even though they had ordered before the couple even got there, plus, the chef gives the other couple the best steaks in the restaurant,) the audience enthusiastically yells, "Woo!" in agreement.

Carl deserved that "woo," it was very poor customer service of that restaurant. Made me mad that the chef told them that the steaks were the best in the house and gave it to another couple right in front of them. See, the steak that was the best should have been Florida and Carl's steaks. That chef would have been cursed out.

But you have to show a little class in public which is why florida had a problem with his behavior.
