Anyone remember the two episodes where Carol Burnett appeared as a marine? In the first episode she was Corporal Carol Barnes and in the second her character was promoted to sergeant and she sang a duet with Jim Nabors. I saw them this week on youtube.com and they were really good episodes.

I was thinking she was in just one episode, but I guess I was wrong. I remember the episode where she was trying to get Gome to appear in some kind of musical show but Sgt. Carter wouldnt give his permission, so she kept taking Gomer off his work details.

I remember the other episode now when I saw the picture that AB posted. She fell in love with Gomer, and he had a hard time convincing her that he already had a girl. lol That was a good episode.

I remember watching that duet episode on TBS almost like 20 years ago. I really liked that one.

I remember seeing those episodes YEARS ago when CBS used to rerun the show on weekday afternoons (I remember it was on at 4:00 right before a local station would show I LOVE LUCY) and on TV LAND back in the day. They're really good!
