Did you know that "Lootin Lenny" actually made a visit to the Jeffersons apartment??? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Found out today from watching the TV one version for the 1st time that lenny played a person who was part of a cleaning service who came to mop the Jeffersons kitchen.

Until today I never knew he appeared on the Jeffersons because

1. i never saw the CBS version of this episode

2. TV Land edited his scene out

3. Season 9 for the Jeffersons is not on DVD

it was nice and entertaining 10 second surprised.

Definitely. Norman Lear and co. must have liked Dap Sugar Willie, as he was featured in at least three of their shows (Good Times, Sanford & Son, and The Jeffersons are the ones I know of for sure).

He was only seen for 20 seconds and it was the most entertaining seconds of the episode-LOL
