It doesn't really make sense and I don't understand pairing it with Whitney. If you read the posts from a lot of Community fans on the internet, they hate that show.

i find it strange that Joel McHale's other show - The Soup was just moved from Friday Nights to Wednesday nights
most Community fans DVR the show anyways, so it doesn't matter when it airs. |

I guess I see everyone's points, I just think that if you wanted the show to really succeed, you wouldn't pair it with a completely different type of sitcom, reduce the episode order AND put it on Fridays. It all seems odd to me.
