Any thing else on this show that has turned the Office from critical darling into a critical mess? Or is it still good?

It's still watchable but the things I don't like right now is

1. How some episodes are not work related and out of the office

2. The addition of too many new characters, California was fine but did we need NELLIE?

3. Andy as a manager......."he is too weak and soft to be taken seriously as a manager"

I'm sure that Andy being fired is just a story arch and I'm 96% sure he will return to his position as Regional Manager in the season finale.

We know Robert California is leaving with this season finale and I'm betting Nellie leaves as well.
