Good for ol' Jack.
Probably if you asked people in the 1970's of who would die first, probably 99% would have picked Klugman over Randall. Tony Randall hated smoking and would not let anyone smoke near him and he always seemed to be in good shape. Maybe I am wrong, but I think Klugman was a drinker/smoker from the 1960's mold. Tony has been dead for years, Jack's still here. Didn't Klugman have his larnyx taken out because of his smoking? Basically stopped his career. He was also married to some woman who was on Match Game and other game shows who was funny, but they seperated. |

I was fortunate to meet Jack in Vegas in the mid 1980's. Very much the gentleman.

Just goes to show wine, women, cigars, subs, pizza, and beer are what keep you going longest. Now I am encouraged, a life of eating shrubs, roots and berries is not a life worth living. Pardon me while I go get me a Big Mac.
