Read about it here: http://www.ongo.com/preview_article.php?a=3298120
Her parents still live in Fort Bragg hoping that she will return home someday. They have moved on with their lives but still believe she is out there and might still be alive. As a person who has a family history of mental problems, I hope she's found peace somewhere and somehow. |

I'm terribly afraid that she met with foul play. Yes, I definitely believe it was a mental break, but to be alone and out on your own hitchhiking, especially for a young woman, makes a person quite vulnerable.

Just clicked on link and it didn't work for me.
![]() This is one case that always really gotten to me...maybe because I have gotten myself stuck in the mud before too and had to leave my car and it took 10 of my friends pushing on it later to get it out. So I can understand some of the frustration, annoyance and anger that she must have felt when it happened. Luckily for me though the car didn't catch fire. For that to happen not once but twice to her...especially when they said its a freak occurance...just seems so unlikely yet it happened. I hope wherever she is that someday soon she'll come back to her family... |
