A Honeymooners Income Tax Day skit:

(Ralph & Ed are walking down to the bus stop.)

Ralph: "Oh Norton, I hope that we make it to the IRS office in time. It is now 11p April 14, 2012."

Ed: "I hope we do too. I got told by the IRS if I don't get my taxes done on time, they will reposses my Spongebob Squarepants DVDs."

Ralph: "I told Alice that we were going out with the Raccoons. I lied. She has been on my case for the last 15 years for me filing my taxes at the last minute."

Ed: "So has my wife."

(The bus arrives. They get on. The bus experiences a traffic jam due to an accident.)

Ralph (yells): "WHAT? WHAT? THIS IS AN OUTRAGE. ME AND MY BUDDY HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE BEFORE 12AM."

Man (yells): "WELL, TOO BAD BUDDY."

Ed: "Ralph, I know of a plan. We get off the bus right now."

Ralph: "All right."

(They get off the bus.)

(They emerge at the IRS office all soaking wet.)

Ralph: "I should have known that you were going to say that we were going to the IRS by sewer."

Ed: "Ralph, we have 10 minutes left."

Ralph: "Yeah. Hey look, there's a sign that says that Income Tax Day this year is April 17TH. Ooooh baby!"

Ed: "That IRS must be a nice man after all. He gave us two more days."

(They sing a song about paying taxes.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. I hope everyone filed their taxes. The Miami Beach audiences are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience applauds.)
