What sitcoms past and present have scenes in coffeehouses? I can think of three myself.
Frasier-Cafe Nervosa Friends-Central Perk Sabrina, The Teenage Witch- The Coffeehouse (later changed to Hilda's Coffeehouse). Please feel free to add any of your own, I know there are more than three out there. ![]() Please don't add one that someone else has already posted. It cuts back on the confusion. Thanks!

There was a flashback scene on "Facts of Life" of a coffeehouse during the beatnik era, where Beverly Ann did beatnik poetry with this long blonde wig. She was pretty hot in that scene to me!

The Single Guy had the Bagel Cafe (and I'm sure most of those other NBC "NYC singles" sitcoms had coffeehouses too).

An episode of Petticoat Junction took place in a coffeehouse during the beatnik era. Bobbie Jo was dating a beatnik, and Kate went to the coffeehouse to spy on her and ended up reciting poetry.

I'm reviving this post to find out if I can get anymore replies on it. Can anyone think of any other shows were coffeehouses were prominently used? I know there has to be more than what is already on this list.

I just remembered that there was a coffee house prominent in an episode of The King of Queens that Arthur kept going to.
Also, even though it isn't a sitcom Days of of our Lives had Java Cafe for many years. |
