Anybody a member of the Lucy Lounge website?

I'm not able to long in. I got a new password, but it asks for a user name (as opposed to a screen name) and I don't know mine. I need to be logged in to contact a moderator, but I can't log in because I don't have my screen name!

There's an option to recover password, but not screen name.
