sad Unsolved Mysteries experience

I went onto the video site today to watch some Unsolved Mysteries videos and I found out from the channel's owner that he had to remove all the episodes on his videos because John Cosgrove, who is affiliated with the show's production, told him he isn't making money off the episodes and needed to remove all of them to avoid copyright infringement and a possible lawsuit or something of that nature.

As much as I understand that, it is very disheartening to all those who loved watching all of those episodes that are hard to find or can't be found elsewhere. I hate it that a great show like this is not only not shown on TV much anymore, but can't be viewed much elsewhere either. I guess entertainment can't be free but it's not only that, but the nostalgia, hospitality and altruism that goes along with it is important to myself and several others out there. One of the things I would like to have done is to have every episode/case ever profiled on Unsolved Mysteries to be put into DVD format (aside from the 6 sets already out there). Question is, can it be done?

It's because of the internet age that alot of these cases got into the public eye again and grasped people's interest. A bunch of them were solved as well. Now that the internet itself is cracking down on shows like Unsolved Mysteries, how can we watch the episodes and have people notice these cases and possibly help solve them? It's a terrible injustice to those families involved that still have missing and/or presumed dead loved ones out there that need to be found.

Nooooooooooooooo. This is so awful. The DVDs are a joke and the variety of the old show is gone. The new show isn't even worth watching.

What, he hasn't made enough yet? Funny, the title of the show implies that it exists to solve mysteries, many of them crimes. If it's all about fattening his wallet and nothing else, the title ought to be changed to something more appropriate.
