Lightbulb The TC/FOL Connection

LOL I'm bored so I was thinking of two of my very favorite shows...."Three's Company" & "The Facts of Life"! Was there a connection? So I made a list of 'connections':

1: Dean Travers, who was the dean of the cooking school, was played by William Pierson. In 1985, he was in "the Rich Aren't Different" as John, who was in the middle of a divorce. Could it be the same character? Dean Travers was often after other girls, such as Janet & Chrissy...which may mean he had just a bad marriage life, that he cheated on his wife!

2: Julie Piekarski (Under her new husband's name) appeared in the TC episode "Janet's Little Helper" as Julie, a candystripper. As some kno, Sue Ann could really say the wrong things at times. Such as when Janet comes in, she says 'I didn't kno your mother was coming!' LOL

3: In episode #13, I believe, Tootie put on a blonde wig. She then said "I'm Suzanne Somers!" Molly, I think says, "Great, another blonde with black roots"....LOL Just wanted to say that...and it's a mistake, because I think that Suzanne is a natural blonde.

4: The Sue Ann & blair relasionship sometimes appears in the Terri & Janet situations, moreso then in the Snow Years (Though Janet did insult Cindy by saying she had the legs of a giraffe). They'd always aruge over men, such as Sue Ann & Blair did lol

5: Robert Mandan, who ended up marrying Edna in her last episode, was also Vicky's dad on "Three's a Crowd"...hmm...I guess love kept Vicky & Jack together?

6: Mr.Roper & Mr.Bradley sometimes seem the same. Mr.Bradley would always think that Edna would be with him whenever he needed her to do something, such as Roper did with Helen.

7: The show that FOL spunoff of, "Diff'rent Strokes", replaced the show that had spun off "Three's Company", "Three's a Crowd"

8: They both came in 2000 to Nick-at-Nite...not really a connection.

Can anyone think of any others?

They're both sitcoms!

Julie P. played Chrissy's cousin, or sister, or something....LOL.

Default TC/FOL connection

I recall that on the movie "The Wild Women of Chastity Gulch", which starred Lisa, had Priscilla Barnes, one of Chrissy's replacements.
