You just had to mess with it, didn't you? LOL. The writing is on point. They gave Mrs. Garrett some time to settle in before Mr. D asked. It was fine. Dang, Solomon! WHYYYY! LOL. Yes, it is great to see the show back. Teenick pulled from the sched today but one more episode will air on 4/9 according to my DVR unless is changes.

I always was sad when she left Diffrent Strokes but I guess when the producers saw she had talent they had no choice but to give her a show

It was a good move. She did go back to DS after the summer trial eps aired and then when NBC ordered nine more eps for that season, she went back and then there was no looking back. I'm glad she did one more appearance four years later when Mr. D. got married. Like I said, it was a good move.

^^^ That's cute! I would have loved for George Jefferson to stop by for lunch back in the 70s when I was a kid loving his show!

I had a crush on Willis from Different Strokes, Dwayne from What's Happening and Chachi from Happy Days. I would have been OVER JOYED if any one of them stopped by!

It was nice to see how much Tootie loved Mrs. Garrett. I also liked how nosy Tootie was with the older girls.

Me too! Would have loved to see her in a sassy exchange with Arnold. Why didn't she ever come there/ Blair and Natalie guest-starred once or twice at least
