Solomon claims she is just "average" looking, I disagree, and think she is gorgeous. The show just makes her look average.

So I would put Pam in between average and cute which like a C+ in grades and 7.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I would say she's very cute, but I also think she is better than a C+. Maybe a B- or a B.

I don't know "Karen's" real name. She was Jim's ex-girlfriend who transferred from Stamford, CT to Scranton when there was that branch closing. She worked in Sales and eventually moved to the Utica branch when Jim broke up with her to go after Pam.

Karen has dark hair, medium-dark complexion, and I forget what color eyes.
