Default what Is The Single Funniest Line In Sitcom History?

There have been a lot of great sitcom episodes, and great lines over the years. I'm curious to know what other fans consider the funniest line they have ever heard on a sitcom. I have two candidates which come to mind:

Taxi episode #25, "Reverend Jim: A Space Odyssey" - This is the episode where they bring Jim on board as a full-time cast member. During his infamous driver's test, he asks the other cabbies the following question over and over again, saying it slower each time:

"Whaaatttt dooeesss aaaa Yellllooow liiighttt meeeaaannn???

WKRP in Cincinnati episode #7, "Turkeys Away" - This is the famous episode where Mr. Carlson dreams up a Thanksgiving promotion where he tosses live turkeys out of a helicopter. After the disastrous events of the day, Mr. Carlson says the following:

"As God is my judge, I thought turkeys could fly".

What are some other classics?

Good question Jimbo.

On The Honeymooners, it was hysterical when Ralph thought he was being audited. He stood in the kitchen with Ed Norton and read a tax form outloud. It was so confusing and complicated, but Ralph kept reading it in a tone that suggested he understood the document. He stopped reading, then got so frustrated that he screamed at the top of his lungs, "I don't even know what I'm reading!!"

Seinfeld's "No soup for you!!' is a gut buster too.

I'll return when I think of more.

You came up with a couple of good ones there, Janlady!

On the subject of "The Honeymooners", one of my favorite lines comes from an episode titled "On Stage", in which Ralph and Alice are appearing in a play at the Racoon Lodge. Prior to the play, Ralph is reheasing his lines with Ed Norton. Norton (reading Ralph's lines) says:

"I may not have a mansion, a yacht, or a string of paloponies"...

Ralph tells Norton that he doesn't understand what Norton means by a string of paloponies. Norton insists that that's the way the line reads. Ralph looks at the script, then yells at Norton:

"You nitwit!...it's a string of Polo Ponies!"

Many of my favorites are from the Odd Couple

The episode when Felix and Oscar are on "Password"

Oscar - "Aristophanes..."

That just kills me.

It comes from the Honeymooners also............

This is my favorite Honeymooner episode when the new neighbor moves in and teaches the wives how to rumba.

1) Ralph: "AND YOU Mrs. Manicotti should be ashamed of yourelf"!

2) On the same episode..............

Mr. Manicotii: (Telling Ralph) When she dances all the dishes fall all over the floor..........
