A Tale of Two Has-Beens

A few days ago, I posted a thread called "Flavor of the Month". I see that this now has twenty-five views and zero replies. In any event, this thread was a commemoration of the ninety-three views of a previous thread that I had started called "Jennifer Aniston". In between the time that I posted the latter thread and the present, the number of views of the former is still stagnating at ninety-three. I am wondering whether the fact that this thread is not getting any new views is for the same reason that this page is getting virtually no new posts by anyone other than me. In other words, I am wondering whether, in the same way that "Gimme a Break!" is a has-been show, Jennifer Aniston is a has-been actress! Any thoughts on this folks? My guess would be that, during the time that "Friends" was at its prime, fans would be jumping at the chance to read what I wrote about her and how I related anything about her to "Gimme a Break!". But those days are passed! Although Jennifer has been in several movies in between the time that the plug was pulled on "Friends" and the present, it is clear that she is no longer what she once was. I guess that she is going the way of Helen Hunt! I guess that that is just the reality of being forty-three years old! However, whenever someone from "Gimme a Break!" dies, a whole new interest in the show picks up and that interest tends to last for a few days. I saw on a magazine cover today that Jennifer is getting remarried and already carrying a child. Maybe when the baby is born, she will get reborn in the eyes of the public! Who knows?
