I never really watched this show when it was on air. I have been watching it in syndication. I read that Lisa Robin Kelly was fired for drug and alcohol abuse. How was Laurie written out and what episode was it?

they said that she moved to chicago when lisa/laurie was written out the first time and then she returned for a few shows in season 5 and and lisa left again and christina moore took over the role for awhile in season 6 and when she left they said laurie had moved to canada but im not sure wich ep that it was but the chicago move i think was mentioned first in the thank you ep in season 5
