Alf is being released as a complete series box set in Canada. Announced today. The only way this would be big news is if the episodes are un-cut original network broadcasts. (No details about this). Otherwise, WHO CARES!

Exactly. Unless they're uncut episodes, which would be fantastic, of course, anyone who thought about buying the series would have already done so.
