The Great Comparison

A short while ago, I posted a message called "The Great Overlap". This had to do with the overalp between the ads for ladies's boots and sandals that keep popping up all over the pages of this site. The way that I related this to "Gimme a Break!" had to do with how sexy I thought that Julie looked in the shoes and boots that she would wear in various episodes! The time that I really thought that she outdid herself was when she wore a pair of designer boots in the second season episode "Katie Steals Julie's Jock"! Boy did I salivate! Well, because of how much of a sports-oreanted nation we are, I would like to compair the overlap between boot and sandal season to something that I would think that a lot of you could relate to. I remember as a child, seeing ads for football games late in the summer before baseball season was over. Football season would still be going strong when I would walk into rooms in which basketball ball games were being watched on TV. Then we were back to baseball quite a while before basketball season was over! It is my understanding that, because of how long the seasons get dragged out these days, there are some cases in which baseball, football and basketball are all played at the same time! However, because I do not follow any of these sports regularly, I am not sure exactly how it operates. However, there is one thing that I am quite sure of! I would be more than happy to sit through a baseball, a football or a basketball game if Julie Kinisky were my date for the event!
