Replacement discs?

Hello, I just purchased LITB the Complete Series produced by shout Factory and would like to know if they offer a replacement disc program for damaged DVD's.

The packaging was horribly conceived because several of the discs were loose in transit to my home. Had I know this, I would've just purchased them separately even if it cost a little more.

Half of the Disc 4 DVD's were loose and were scratched up a bit. The only thing that prevented them from being completely destroyed was the Episode Guide booklet holding them in place somewhat.

I would hate to return this to the Ebay seller I purchased it from but if I cannot order replacements then I will sadly ask for a full refund.

Do they play without skips? How is the picture quality? You should certainly be entitled to a refund or a replacement. I got the DVD's individually each season, sometimes from Amazon, and sometimes as Christmas Gifts, just love it!

If you purchsed this set from an Ebay seller than that's not on Shout Factory that would be the Ebay seller's responsibility. Good Luck!
