When Edna's Edibles burns down, Blair finds her stuffed frog, Mr.Frog, later
on in the episode, Jo buys her another
stuffed frog. When Blair asks Jo where
she found it at, does Jo say K-Mart or
Pay-Mart? It sounds like she says Pay-Mart, but people keep saying that Jo
said K-Mart, can anyone clarify what Jo
actually said?

I think they were more then likely making fun of both Wal-Mart and K-Mart.
