Default Where do you think the characters are today?

What do you think the characters are doing now in 2012?

My guesses...

Danny's probably still at Wake Up, San Francisco but got married to someone we never met on screen. No more kids.

Joey probably moved out and became a comedian.

Jesse/Becky probably had a kid 2 years after the show ended to carry on the tradition of a child being brought in the family about every 5 years (DJ, Stephanie, Michelle and the twins are roughly about 5 years apart from each other give or take a few months). Becky's probably still working with Danny and Jesse's probably still running the Smash Club.

D.J. probably married Steve while she was at college studying journalism and currently a journalist. They probably have a few kids by now and Steve's probably a gym teacher at a local high school.

Stephanie's probably a performing arts teacher. She seemed to do a lot of different things like singing, dancing, acting so she probably ended up doing something artsy. Probably married or at least has a steady boyfriend.

Michelle's probably single and a fashion designer just like the Olsen Twins. This show had a tendency of bringing real life actors interests into the show so thats why I assume that.

No idea for Nicky/Alex. One probably has a love for music like Jesse and the other don't. No idea's for Kimmy either.

Danny is still working at wake up san francisco,He is married to that one lady with Curly hair that he was with for awhile.I think her name was Emily she returns.Saying she couldn't live with out him.

Uncle Jesse finally hit it big time and became as big as Elvis Presley. But he's still doing the best he can.To be a good Father and Uncle.

Joey has his own comedy sitcom.and finally got married.

Dj married Steve and became a journalist. They have kids and Steve is a gym teacher and a football coach for the school.

Stephanie is a famous recording artist following in the foot steps of uncle Jesse.

Michelle is a fashion designer, Or maybe a vet. It always seemed like Michelle loved animals on the show.

The twins are both, like Jesse when he was young.

Becky is on wake up san francisco with Danny.

Danny-Got back together with Vicky and got remarried to her. Retired from morning showbiz and became a San Francisco based correspondent for ABC News.

The rest I have to deeply think, lol.

Would that make Stephanie a meth addict like Jodi Sweetin? And DJ would be a religious family woman like Candace Cameron Bure.

I hope Jesse finally snapped and moved Becky and the boys to Vegas so he could become a full time Elvis impersonator!

Stephanie is a recovering addict. And from everything I have heard recently. She is doing quite well.

No way, that would mean D.J. would have had to marry at 19 to a hockey player. They didn't keep everything the same as witht he characters. (Miche3lle was also potty trained at 3 yet someone said they heard one of the Olsens wasn't till later.)

Gia, I can see. In fact, I guess if you wanted to argue the book and TV characters are different you cuold, but there are facts about Jodie that caused her to get involved int hat which wouldn't be true of Stephanie. I think she'd break up as friends with Gia before going that far.

As the Chronology shows, though, D.J. is more the mother figure int he books, for sure. And Steph's much more mature and well behaved, as is Michelle.

I say Stephanie a writer as well only because she's really got a nose for journalism in the books; inf act, one coudl argue that she and D>.J. have some sort of production at the station and maybe even their own small-time production company, started out with Jesse's help. "Tanner Sister Productions" anyone?

it would be great for helping find child stars for ads, small-time TV and other spots, and getting them involved in things while keeping them away from anyone who would only care about money and exploit such stars. Maybe Michelle is their first client, in fact, and later joins them in the business. And, D.J. handles the business end of things with finances, etc..

The more I thinka bout ithe more I like this idea.

We may find out soon. I heard yesterday that are going to continue this show by rebooting. Most of the original cast has said they are in.

Where did you hear that? Has there been a recent news story about a Full House reunion? I would certainly be interested in seeing that as I love Full House.

It's been 18 years since the show ended. So much probably happened to them by now...

Danny most likely got married to Gia's mother or to Vikki, no more kids though.

DJ most likely married Steve and they have kids.

Stephanie became a drama teacher/dance instructor/et. She never had a steady boyfriend, so I would say she married and had a kid or so.

Michelle, who knows? Maybe Aaron changed his mean ways and the two got together and married by now.

Kimmy and Duane married. They have weird kids.

Jess and Rebecca didn't have anymore kids.

Joey got famous and had his own TV show that lasted several seasons in the early 2000s.

How funny, I was thinking about writing a Full House story that takes place in the present day. I think Danny would still be married to Vicki and be doing something else in television as is Rebecca, who is of course still married to Jessie. Their sons would probably be in college by now and I would think that the girls would be married or at least on their own. Joey would be a successful stand up comedian and Jessie would be doing
something with his music.

Meanwhile, here's what happened to everyone IRL.

Bob Saget - now known for his profanity-laced stand-up act and hating the show in general. Done a few things here and there including 1 vs. 100, but nothing near as successful as Full House.

Dave Coulier - rumor has it Alanis Morrissette wrote the scathing "You Oughtta Know" about him. The "Jaged Little Pill" album was wildly successful back in the day and came out right after this show ended.

Jodie Sweetin - meth addict who is already on her 3rd marriage.

Oleson Twins - one of them killed Heath Ledger. They both suck at acting and thankfully retired. The fuss about them seems to have died down.

Candace Cameron - not quite as kooky as her brother is, but she's up there.

Yikes. Only John Stamos has done well since the show ended. Andrea Barber retired from acting immediately after the show ended and I think's doing pretty well too.
