What character's appearance you feel was not needed after James Funeral?

I would say Ned, first of all he was never sober to even talk to james and was a wino in the gutter and all of a sudden he sobered up because James died??

All characters were needed after James funeral; because the laughs had to continue with the neighborhood ghetto drunk, sober or lying down in the ghutter , the crying neighbor and the sorry janitor, that's the reason for all the complaints in the projects.

James and Ned never even had a conversation with each other since Ned was always DRUNK so i definitely didn't understand why he was at the gathering after the funeral-lol

So here it is: Ned should have been sober at the funeral gathering and drunk back to lying in the gutter after that coming by the Evans every now and then...
