Who is the Best Replacement For Matt Lauer on The Today Show?

Which of these four do you think is the Best Replacement for Matt Lauer when he does does leave TODAY Show?

Over the last 7 Months these Four have been the most Frequent Fill in for Matt, when he is gone And it's mostly clear that NBC is grooming one of these four to replace Matt when he does leave.
I use to think That Lester should replace Matt(I still think he the best option)when he leaves, But he hasn't filled in for Matt very much lately in the last 6 Months like he as during the Spring/Summer before he was named Dateline anchor. but now I think NBC are grooming Lester to replace Brian Williams on Nightly news. But Who know when that going to happen as Brian could be around for anther 15 Years! So Lester could be waiting a LONG TIME to Replace Brian. Also Lester was just named Dateline anchor and I don't think Dateline wants to find another anchor for awhile. The problem is NBC News has a shortage of miens on it network.

I also think David Gregory would be a good replacement and has been filling in a lot lately for Matt in recent weeks/Months. David also fits better with Ann, Savannah, Natalie then Lester. but does NBC want to find another replacement for the second time in 3 Years? Although Chuck Todd will most likely be the replacement for David Gregory when he decides tp leave MTP so that could be pretty easy for NBC to move David to Today show an Chucl to MTP.

Carl Quintanilla is okay, he has his strong point and weak points but he still pretty new to the Today show audience unless they watch CNBC. He has been on quite a bit lately. He works good with Ann and okay savannah but we haven't seen him Anchor with Natalie yet. He okay but he still need to grow a little more and CNBC and Today show are two different Things(One a Money/Business Network and the other a Morning show).

Willie Geist is the weakest, I like Willie but of the Four he is the least UN-prepared and not ready yet, He also doesn't seem to fit well with Ann much like with Meredith because of the huge age difference. he is still pretty new to the show and need to have more experience before taking over a job like the Today Show. He fits better with savannah and Natalie. If anything he should only do the third Hour or even just the Fourth Hour with Hoda.
