This is the first time I've ever said it but I'm kind of happy MTV2 doesn't care about music anymore! First Boy Meets World and now Saved by the Bell. This is becoming a great place for fun 90s sitcoms.

Side note: Married with Children is Viacom's version of a hot potato. I mean, I think this is the SIXTH channel it's been on in like 3 years.

Pav, one question I have is did MTV2 get Saved by the Bell from Teenick? As in, are we still on the same contract as before, or did that one expire and now MTV2 just acquired it?

Very sad that TBS won't be airing it anymore but thankfully it won't be gone for long. Plus, it'll be on Saturday mornings just like on NBC and weekdays at noon so a little reminiscent of TBS' 2003 lineup.

Another thing I've been thinking is that since MTV2 has gone all sitcom-y recently, maybe they should get Family Matters from N@N and actually air it in decent timeslots. Maybe 8-10AM or something? Also, if Home Improvement doesn't do well on TV Land they could maybe try it on MTV2. I definitely think people would watch those 2 on MTV2 but they've gotta change the channel name or at least do something so that people are more aware of their new direction. I still think of MTV2 as Jackass and Pimp my Ride and most likely others do as well.

I did.

That definitely doesn't indicate it's the same deal, just that it used to air on TeenNick. But thanks for the update!
