Davy. I broke out my DVD Set of The Brady Bunch and watched the Episode Getting Davy Jones in tribute to him.

This broke my heart, he was my 1st crush.
![]() Way back....many years ago I wouldn't wash my hand for a while because I got to touch him. Yes, that seems Silly but I was a kid. |

I remember as a child collecting bubble gum cards of the Monkees show.
For 5 cents you received 5 cards and a stick of gum. On one side of the cards was a face of one of the Monkees and the other part of a puzzle. Where has the time gone. The store that sold them went out of business 40 years ago. |

I'm watching the marathon on Antenna TV. I love the song "we gotta be free". That was always my favorite along with "Train to Clarksville".

I remember my older sister went through her Davy Jones phase. It was right before the David Cassidy phase, to be followed by the Bobby Sherman phase. At least these guys had some talent. Can anybody explain to me what the popularity of Tiger Beat perenial Sajid Khan was all about?

Yeah I had the David Cassidy phase too. I remember at the same store I bought the bubble gum cards, I spent hours reading Tiger Beat and another magazine with all the teen idols. Fab, Fave? can't remember the mag. One was 35 cents and the other 50cents.

Wasn't Sajid Khan on Maya with Jay North?. If so I would watch that show too.
