Default Did Tracy Wells Have Cosmetic Surgery During Belvedere Run?

As I was watching Season 5 of Belvedere into Season 6, one thing that struck me was Tracy Wells' different look. I think she really came into her own in Season 6, even more beautiful than previous seasons. I couldn't help but notice her face looked different. Not in a bad way, though. I noticed a slight weight gain (she filled out to me), but it looked like her nose was somewhat different, especially in the episodes "Homecoming", "Fixed", and "The Pageant". It looks like she had slight cosmetic surgery done. I think it is noticeable in this cast interview from 1989

I was thinking the same thing...she looks different 'somehow' in season 6.

On an ep the other day she bleached her hair blonde and looked really pretty. I though it was really becoming on her. Better than the dark hair! And lately before that her hair did look darker than in the beginning seasons!

Ah, I'm not the only one to notice this---I too have always wondered "what she had done" before the latter season or two. To me her nose looks too different not to have had something done. I don't think she needed any work done though, I thought she looked great just the way she was.

I noticed the change too. My guess would be a nose job.

As I'm currently binge watching the episodes on Youtube I started to notice it too, her nose is slightly upturned, not that it's bad but it's noticeable from the last episode of season 5 to the first of season 6.

Don't know why she did it she was already pretty but hey when you're young you do crazy things.

I myself don't actually think that Tracy Wells got cosmetic surgery during the show's run. If anything, I think it's just natural body changes. I mean, Winifred Freedman (Wendy) doesn't look the same today as she did on the show, either.

Tracy's just seemed so drastic and sudden though. Like another poster mentioned, her nose suddenly seemed upturned, really different than how it was before. I would have bet she had to have had a procedure done after season 4.

Why only the first of season 6? Why wouldn't it be noticeable throughout the rest of the show's run? It's not like her nose went back to how it was, lol.

We also have to keep in mind it may not have been teenage vanity. There could have been a medical reason (some sort of nasal surgery), but also if it was, perhaps the issue came up that they could "reshape" her nose if she so desired. Or, maybe she even broke her nose after season 4...there are several possibilities, so who really "nose"? (ha)

Well, maybe it's just me, but I really can't tell a difference between how she looked from the series premiere in 1985 to the series finale in 1990.

There's even an episode in an earlier season in which Heather contemplates having a nose job saying it will otherwise end up looking like George's.
