Unnoticed actor...until now - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was watching one of my favourite episodes, "Tale of Two Tails" today and spotted an actor and thought to myself, ooh I know that face, but couldn't place it.
Turns out it was a very youthful Fred Willard, Amy's father from Everybody Loves Raymond.
I've watched this episode a dozen times before. Funny how suddenly a face rings a bell like that.

Fred Willard also played Jerry Hubbard on Fernwood 2 Nite and America 2 Nite. These shows were a parody of talk shows. Jerry was the sidekick of Barry Humble, played by Martin Mull.

Fred Willard also had a part in the Salem's Lot tv movie that starred David Soul in the lead part.

Don't get me started on autocorrect........of course I meant to say Martin Mull's character was BARTH GIMBLE, not Barry Humble.

I did a quick IMDb check on him and was surprised at the amount of shows he's been in.
